Mission and Vision
Mission:
To love God, Love people, and make disciples. To be a biblically functioning community of believers. To help people find and follow Jesus Christ.
Johnson Chapel is called to witness to the Gospel of Christ and the beliefs of the evangelical Christian Faith, to maintain the worship of God, and to inspire in all persons a love for Christ, a passion for righteousness, and a right spirit of loyalty to our God and to our fellow human beings.
We pledge our lives to Christ and covenant with each other to demonstrate His Spirit through worship, witnessing and ministering to the needs of the people of Johnson Chapel and of the community.
Vision:
Evangelizing the community and reaching out to those in need, as well as seeing to the needs of our own, and always leading with love.
To let the City and Community understand that Johnson Chapel “Leads with Love” with a commitment to connect with people of all walks of life; to witness and testify the love of God through our Savior Jesus Christ, and to let everyone know that Love covers a multitude of sin.
